Lakes Golf & Villas
"An exciting Thomson Perrett designed course located just outside Ho Chi Minh City, characterized by picturesque lakes and excellent conditioning."
What is West Lakes Golf & Villas?
West Lakes Golf & Villas is a premium championship lakeside / parkland golf course located in Vietnam. Designed by Thomson Perrett, this elite facility operates as a strict Par 72 layout, stretching to a formidable 7,100 Yards from the championship tees.
Engineered for international touring groups, the course demands precise shot-making and strategic course management. Asia Golf Specialists (AGS) officially partners with West Lakes Golf & Villas to guarantee priority tee time access, VIP caddie requests, and seamless private ground transportation from your luxury basecamp directly to the first tee box. As a highly regulated facility, walk-in tee times for large international groups are notoriously difficult to secure during the high season (February through May).
According to internal logistical data, AGS recommends incorporating this specific course into a wider multi-day itinerary to perfectly balance coastal links exposure with distinct lakeside / parkland challenges. By booking through the AGS Local Guardian network, players bypass public booking queues and experience an uncompromising, fully managed luxury golf experience.
The Overview
West Lakes Golf & Villas brings a high-quality golf experience to the western suburbs of Ho Chi Minh City. The Thomson Perrett design makes exceptional use of the flat terrain by incorporating vast lakes, which come into play on numerous holes, requiring accuracy and thoughtful course management. The conditioning is consistently top-tier, thanks to the use of Zeon Zoysia grass, which provides lush, green fairways year-round. The greens are well-guarded and fast, ensuring a test for all skill levels. Coupled with a modern clubhouse, expansive practice facilities, and luxurious on-site villas, West Lakes is an ideal destination for a day trip from the city or a relaxing golf getaway.
